HOA Board of Directors Meeting | 7/7/18 | 9:30am – 11am

In attendance:

  • Maria Broeker – President
  • Misty Willinger – Vice President

Annual HOA Board Meeting

  • Scheduled for Thursday, September 6th at 7pm
    • Located at St. Cletus church
  • Board of Directors in need of Secretary & Treasurer

2018 Budget:

  • Update 2018 projections to actual
  • HOA Fees:
    • Several homeowners late on making $30 yearly payment. A reminder will be sent out in newsletter to pay all fees by September, 2018. Or, a lean will be placed on property.
    • President to send lean notices on two properties owing more than $200 in HOA fees.
  • President to reach out to lawn care company about maintaining Hanover Manor entry sign seasonally

Community Updates:

  • Community website updates made by Misty Willinger on 7/7/18
  • Community Block Party scheduled for Monday, September 10th
    • Time is 6:30 – 8:30pm
    • Located at Marbach Way & Marbach Court cross streets
    • Popsicles, Magician, and face painter hoping to be in attendance – BOD’s gathering bids. Goal – community togetherness, relationship building.
  • Community garage sale scheduled for Saturday, September 15th
    • Time is 7am – 1pm
    • Rain or shine
    • Neighbors participating in garage sale, pick up balloons (for mailbox) and map from Marbach Way & Marbach Court cross streets @ 6 – 6:30 am on September 15th

Events:

  • Neighborhood Block Party – huge success!
  • Garage Sale – coming up this Saturday. Not too late to join the sale!
    • Date: 9.23.17 @ 7am – 1pm
    • Stop by Marbach Way/Court crossing at 6am to pick up balloons for your mailbox!

  • As always, we appreciate our neighbors keeping an eye on our subdivision and alerting the board of any violations or questions. Please remember, the board are volunteers and your fellow neighbors – ultimately, we are all working towards the same goal.

    • Located at St. Cletus church
    • Maria to purchase neighborhood signs to post for neighbor reminders
  • Board of Directors in need of Secretary & Treasurer

2017 Budget:

  • Update 2017 projections to actual
  • HOA Fees:

    • Cost was $143.65 for 3 years. Purchased by godaddy.com
    • Managed by BOD’s

    • Time is 6:30 – 8:30pm
